It is spring here in NZ, that beautiful time of year when life seems to start anew.
Last week I was listening to a TED Radio Hour Podcast called ‘Beauty and the Brain’ in which Tierney Thys, a Marine Biologist, talks about the positive effects of nature. She talks about how just seeing nature; even if it is in a photograph or outside a hospital window, can be calming, reduce stress and boost creativity.
